Our Story

Eagle Pointe Church was started in the early 1990’s to reach the growing North Cobb and East Pauling communities. In the early years, Eagle Pointe worshipped as a “portable church,” meeting in elementary schools & middle schools in the Acworth/Kennesaw community.

Near the end of the 1990’s, we aquired prime property on the corner of Old Stilesboro Rd. & Mars Hill Rd., and built the Eagle Pointe Preschool where we currently meet.

In December 2003, led by our Lead Pastor, Howard Koepka, Eagle Pointe Church re-launched with 40 people attending. After a challenging first three years - trying to turn things around - the church began to take off...

Over the past 6 years, God has grown the Eagle Pointe Church family from 40 to over 450 that call Eagle Pointe their church home.
